We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours during business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). 

1.4 Communication Methods 

When we use the terms "in writing" or "written" in these terms and conditions, this includes communications by email, letter, or any other durable medium that allows information to be stored and reproduced.

2. Definitions and Interpretation 

2.1 Definitions 

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below: 

"Agreement" means the contract between you and us for the provision of training services, comprising these Terms and Conditions, your booking confirmation, and any additional terms specified in your course documentation. 

"Blended Learning" means training courses that combine online learning elements with face-to-face classroom instruction, where the online component must be completed prior to attending the practical sessions. 

"Business Customer" means a customer who is acting for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft, or profession. 

"Certification" means the formal recognition of successful completion of a training course, typically evidenced by a certificate, card, or digital credential. 

"Client" or "Customer" or "You" means the person or organisation booking training services with us. 

"Consumer" means an individual acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession. 

"Course Materials" means all learning resources, handouts, manuals, digital content, and other materials provided as part of the training course. 

"Distance Learning" means training delivered remotely through online platforms, digital media, or correspondence methods where the learner and instructor are not physically present in the same location. 

"Face-to-Face Training" means training delivered in person where the instructor and learners are physically present in the same location. 

"Force Majeure Event" means any event beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic

measures, strikes, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling our obligations. 

"Online Learning Platform" means the digital system or website through which online course content is delivered and accessed. 

"Practical Assessment" means hands-on evaluation of skills and competencies that must be conducted in person. 

"Training Course" or "Course" means any First Aid or Health & Safety training programme offered by us, whether delivered face-to-face, online, or through blended learning methods. 

"We," "Us," or "Our" means Typhon Training Solutions, a trading name of Typhon Enterprises Ltd. 

2.2 Interpretation 

In these Terms and Conditions: - References to the singular include the plural and vice versa - References to any gender include all genders - Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation - References to legislation include any amendments, replacements, or re-enactments - Where specific timeframes are mentioned, these refer to calendar days unless otherwise stated 

3. Scope of These Terms 

3.1 Application of Terms 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all training services provided by Typhon Training Solutions, including: - Face-to-face training courses delivered at our facilities - Training courses delivered at client premises - Online training courses and digital learning content - Blended learning programmes combining online and face-to-face elements - Assessment and certification services - All related materials and support services

3.2 Consumer vs Business Customers 

Your rights under these Terms and Conditions may differ depending on whether you are a Consumer or Business Customer. Consumers have additional protections under UK consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. 

If you are booking training for business purposes, you are considered a Business Customer. If you are booking training for personal development or non-commercial purposes, you are considered a Consumer. 

3.3 Agreement Formation 

By booking a training course with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms, together with your booking confirmation and any course specific requirements, form the complete agreement between us. 

3.4 Variations to Terms 

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in legislation, our services, or business practices. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to future bookings. Existing bookings will continue under the terms that were in effect when the booking was made, unless the changes are required by law. 

4. Course Booking and Acceptance 

4.1 How to Book 

Training courses can be booked through the following methods: - Online through our website booking system - By telephone during business hours - By email to our designated booking address - Through our authorised training partners or representatives

4.2 Booking Information Required 

When making a booking, you must provide: - Full name(s) of all attendees - Contact details including telephone number and email address - Billing address and payment information - Any special requirements, medical conditions, or accessibility needs - Proof of any prerequisite qualifications where applicable - Company details for Business Customer bookings 

4.3 Booking Confirmation and Contract Formation 

Your booking becomes a binding contract when we send you a written booking confirmation. This confirmation will include: - Course details including date, time, and location - Attendee information - Total cost including any applicable taxes - Payment terms and due dates - Specific course requirements or prerequisites - Cancellation and transfer policies - Unique booking reference number 

4.4 Booking Reference Numbers 

Each booking will be assigned a unique reference number. Please quote this reference in all communications regarding your booking. This helps us provide efficient service and maintain accurate records. 

4.5 Course Availability 

All courses are subject to availability and minimum participant numbers. We reserve the right to: - Decline bookings if courses are fully booked - Cancel courses that do not meet minimum participant requirements - Reschedule courses due to instructor availability or facility constraints 

If we cannot accept your booking or must cancel a confirmed course, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative dates or a full refund. 

4.6 Accuracy of Information 

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during booking is accurate and complete. Any errors or omissions may affect our ability to deliver the training effectively and could result in additional charges or course rescheduling.

 

4.7 Age Requirements 

Participants must meet minimum age requirements for specific courses as determined by the relevant awarding bodies and health and safety regulations. Age verification may be required before course commencement. 

4.8 Prerequisites and Entry Requirements 

Some courses have specific prerequisites or entry requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that all attendees meet these requirements before booking. We reserve the right to refuse entry to participants who do not meet the stated prerequisites. 

5. Course Delivery Methods 

5.1 Training Delivery Options 

Typhon Training Solutions offers training through three primary delivery methods, each designed to meet different learning needs and circumstances: 

5.1.1 Face-to-Face Training at Our Facilities 

Conducted at our designated training centres 

Includes all necessary equipment and materials 

Provides direct interaction with qualified instructors 

Offers hands-on practical experience with training equipment 

Includes refreshments and course materials as specified 

5.1.2 Face-to-Face Training at Client Premises 

Delivered at your workplace or chosen venue 

Requires suitable facilities meeting our minimum standards 

May incur additional travel and setup charges 

Subject to venue suitability assessment

Client responsible for providing adequate space, facilities, and basic equipment as specified 

5.1.3 Online Training Courses 

Delivered through our secure online learning platform 

Accessible 24/7 during the course access period 

Includes interactive content, videos, and assessments 

Requires reliable internet connection and compatible device 

Technical support available during business hours 

5.2 Blended Learning Programmes 

Many of our courses are offered as blended learning programmes, combining the flexibility of online learning with essential hands-on practical training. 

5.2.1 Online Component Requirements 

For blended courses, the online element must be completed before attending the face to-face practical session. This includes: - Completing all online modules and assessments - Achieving the required pass mark on online assessments - Obtaining a completion certificate for the online component - Bringing proof of online completion to the practical session 

5.2.2 Practical Component Requirements 

The face-to-face practical component includes: - Hands-on skills practice and demonstration - Practical assessments and competency evaluation - Use of professional training equipment and manikins - Direct feedback and coaching from qualified instructors - Final certification upon successful completion 

5.2.3 Time Limits for Completion 

Online components must typically be completed within 30 days of access being granted 

Practical sessions must be attended within 90 days of completing the online component

Extensions may be available in exceptional circumstances at our discretion 5.3 Technical Requirements for Online Learning 

5.3.1 System Requirements 

To access our online training platform, you will need: - A computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access - A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) - Minimum internet speed of 2 Mbps for video content - Audio capability (speakers or headphones) - Email access for course communications 

5.3.2 Platform Access 

Login credentials will be provided within 24 hours of booking confirmation Access is granted for the duration specified in your course documentation Multiple device access is permitted for the same user 

Sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited 

5.3.3 Technical Support 

We provide technical support for our online platform during business hours: - Email support for non-urgent technical issues - Telephone support for urgent access problems - Online help documentation and tutorials - Platform maintenance notifications will be provided in advance 

5.4 Course Materials and Resources 

5.4.1 Physical Materials 

For face-to-face courses, we provide: - Printed course manuals and reference materials - Practical training equipment and supplies - Certificates and wallet cards upon successful completion - Additional resources as specified in course descriptions 

5.4.2 Digital Materials 

For online and blended courses, we provide: - Access to digital course content and videos - Downloadable resources and reference materials - Online assessment tools and progress tracking - Digital certificates upon successful completion

5.4.3 Material Ownership and Usage 

Course materials remain our intellectual property 

Materials are licensed for personal use by the registered participant Commercial use or redistribution is strictly prohibited 

Materials may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission 

5.5 Instructor Qualifications and Standards 

All Typhon Training Solutions instructors are: - Qualified to the appropriate level for the courses they deliver - Registered with relevant professional bodies and awarding organisations - Subject to regular continuing professional development - Enhanced DBS checked where appropriate - Experienced in both theoretical knowledge and practical application 

5.6 Quality Assurance and Monitoring 

We maintain high standards through: - Regular course content reviews and updates - Participant feedback collection and analysis - External quality assurance audits - Compliance with awarding body requirements - Continuous improvement processes 

6. Payment Terms and Pricing 

6.1 Course Pricing 

6.1.1 Price Information 

All course prices are clearly displayed on our website and marketing materials Prices include VAT where applicable at the current rate 

Prices are subject to change but confirmed prices will be honoured for existing bookings 

Group discounts may be available for multiple bookings - please enquire for details

6.1.2 Additional Charges 

Additional charges may apply for: - Training delivered at client premises (travel and accommodation costs) - Expedited certification processing - Replacement certificates or materials - Cancellations or transfers within restricted timeframes - Special dietary requirements or accessibility accommodations 

6.1.3 Price Accuracy 

We take reasonable care to ensure pricing accuracy. However, if we discover a pricing error: - For obvious errors (e.g., £10 instead of £100), we will contact you before processing - We reserve the right to cancel bookings made at incorrect prices - You will be offered the correct price or a full refund - We are not obligated to honour obviously incorrect prices 

6.2 Payment Methods and Terms 

6.2.1 Accepted Payment Methods 

We accept payment by: - Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) - Debit cards - Bank transfer (for Business Customers) - Purchase orders (for approved Business Customers) - Cash (for face-to-face bookings only, subject to limits) 

6.2.2 Consumer Payment Terms 

For Consumer bookings: - Full payment is required at the time of booking - Payment must be received before course access is granted - Refunds will be processed to the original payment method - Payment confirmation will be included in your booking confirmation 

6.2.3 Business Customer Payment Terms 

For Business Customer bookings: - Payment in advance is preferred but credit terms may be available - Approved customers may pay by invoice within 30 days of the invoice date - Purchase orders must be provided before course delivery - Late payment charges may apply as detailed in our credit terms - We reserve the right to require payment in advance for new customers

6.3 Invoicing and Documentation 

6.3.1 Invoice Provision 

Invoices will be provided electronically unless otherwise requested VAT invoices will be issued where applicable 

Invoices include full course details and participant information Payment terms and methods are clearly stated on all invoices 

6.3.2 Payment Confirmation 

Payment confirmations will be sent electronically 

Receipts are available upon request 

All financial records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements 6.4 Currency and Tax 

6.4.1 Currency 

All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) 

Foreign currency payments may be accepted subject to exchange rate fluctuations 

Currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the customer 

6.4.2 VAT and Tax Obligations 

VAT is charged at the current UK rate where applicable 

VAT registration number will be provided on invoices where required Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction 

Export documentation will be provided for international customers where required

6.5 Financial Difficulties and Payment Plans 

6.5.1 Payment Difficulties 

If you experience difficulty making payment: - Contact us immediately to discuss options - Payment plans may be available in exceptional circumstances - Early communication helps us find suitable solutions - Failure to communicate may result in course access being suspended 

6.5.2 Debt Recovery 

For unpaid invoices: - Reminder notices will be sent at 7, 14, and 30 days overdue - Interest may be charged on overdue amounts as permitted by law - Debt recovery action may be taken for persistently overdue accounts - Legal costs may be recoverable from the debtor 

6.6 Refunds and Credits 

6.6.1 Refund Processing 

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval 

Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 working days to appear 

Credit card refunds may take up to 10 working days depending on your bank 

6.6.2 Course Credits 

Course credits may be offered as an alternative to refunds 

Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue 

Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash 

Unused credits expire and cannot be extended beyond the validity period

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy 

7.1 Your Right to Cancel 

7.1.1 Consumer Cancellation Rights 

If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your booking under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013: 

14-Day Cooling-Off Period: - You may cancel your booking within 14 days of the booking confirmation - No reason is required for cancellation during this period - Cancellation must be communicated in writing (email acceptable) - Full refund will be provided if the course has not commenced 

Extended Cancellation Period: - If we fail to inform you of your cancellation rights, you may cancel up to 12 months after booking - If we inform you of your rights during this period, you have 14 days from that notification to cancel 

7.1.2 Business Customer Cancellation 

Business Customers do not have automatic cooling-off rights but may cancel subject to our standard cancellation terms outlined below. 

7.1.3 Distance Learning Cancellation Rights 

For online courses and the online components of blended learning: - Standard 14-day cancellation rights apply for Consumers - Once you begin accessing the online content, you acknowledge that your cancellation rights may be affected - We will seek your explicit consent before providing immediate access to digital content 

7.2 Standard Cancellation Policy 

7.2.1 Cancellation Timeframes and Charges 

More than 4 weeks before course date: - Full refund (100% of course fee) - No cancellation charges apply - Alternative course dates may be offered 

Between 2-4 weeks before course date: - 50% refund of course fee - 50% cancellation charge applies - Course credit may be offered as alternative

Less than 2 weeks before course date: - No refund available - Full course fee is forfeited - Course credit may be offered in exceptional circumstances 

On the day of the course or non-attendance: - No refund available - Full course fee is forfeited - No course credit offered 

7.2.2 Cancellation Procedure 

To cancel your booking: - Contact us in writing (email or letter) with your booking reference - Provide the reason for cancellation (required for our records) - Cancellation is effective from the date we receive your written notice - Confirmation of cancellation will be sent within 24 hours 

7.3 Our Right to Cancel 

7.3.1 Course Cancellation by Us 

We may cancel courses in the following circumstances: - Insufficient participant numbers (minimum numbers not met) - Instructor illness or unavailability - Venue unavailability or safety concerns - Force majeure events (see Section 15) - Technical issues affecting online course delivery 

7.3.2 Notice of Cancellation 

We will provide as much notice as possible, typically at least 48 hours Notification will be by telephone and email where possible 

Emergency cancellations may have shorter notice periods 

7.3.3 Remedies for Our Cancellation 

If we cancel your course: - Full refund of all fees paid - Alternative course dates will be offered where available - Reasonable expenses may be reimbursed in exceptional circumstances - No liability for consequential losses (subject to statutory rights)

7.4 Exceptional Circumstances 

7.4.1 Medical or Emergency Cancellations 

Cancellations due to serious illness, bereavement, or other emergencies may be considered outside normal policy: - Medical evidence may be required - Each case will be considered on its merits - Course credits or alternative arrangements may be offered - Compassionate refunds may be available at our discretion 

7.4.2 Employer-Mandated Cancellations 

For Business Customer bookings where employees cannot attend due to: - Urgent work commitments - Company restructuring or redundancy - Emergency operational requirements 

Alternative arrangements or credits may be offered subject to discussion. 7.5 Refund Processing 

7.5.1 Refund Timeframes 

Consumer refunds: Processed within 14 days of cancellation approval Business refunds: Processed within 30 days of cancellation approval Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible 

7.5.2 Refund Deductions 

Refunds may be reduced by: - Applicable cancellation charges as outlined above - Bank charges or transaction fees where unavoidable - Costs of materials already dispatched or services already provided 

7.6 No-Show Policy 

7.6.1 Non-Attendance Consequences 

If you fail to attend a booked course without prior notice: - Full course fee is forfeited - No refund or credit is available - Rebooking requires payment of full course fee - Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions

7.6.2 Late Arrival Policy 

Participants arriving more than 30 minutes late may be refused entry Late arrival may compromise course completion and certification No refund is available for refused entry due to late arrival 

Alternative course dates may be offered subject to availability 

7.7 Partial Completion 

7.7.1 Voluntary Withdrawal 

If you voluntarily withdraw from a course after commencement: - No refund is available for the unused portion - Partial certification may be available where applicable - Course materials remain your property 

7.7.2 Removal from Course 

If you are removed from a course due to: - Inappropriate behaviour or conduct - Safety violations - Failure to meet course requirements - Breach of our terms and conditions 

No refund will be provided and full course fees remain payable. 

8. Transfer and Rescheduling 

8.1 Transferring Between Participants 

8.1.1 Person-to-Person Transfers 

Bookings may be transferred to another person at no additional charge Transfers must be requested at least 48 hours before the course date The new participant must meet all course prerequisites and requirements Transfer requests must be made in writing with full details of the new participant

8.1.2 Transfer Requirements 

When transferring a booking, you must provide: - Full name and contact details of the new participant - Confirmation that they meet age and prerequisite requirements - Any special requirements or medical conditions - Written authorisation from the original booker (if different from the person making the transfer request) 

8.2 Course Date Transfers 

8.2.1 Transfer Fees and Timeframes 

More than 4 weeks before course date: - First transfer: No charge - Subsequent transfers: 25% of course fee 

Between 2-4 weeks before course date: - 25% of course fee charged as transfer fee Less than 2 weeks before course date: - 50% of course fee charged as transfer fee 

Less than 48 hours before course date: - Transfer not permitted - Standard cancellation policy applies 

8.2.2 Transfer Procedure 

To transfer to a different course date: - Contact us with your booking reference and preferred new dates - Pay any applicable transfer fees before the transfer is confirmed - Receive written confirmation of the new course details - Original booking is cancelled upon successful transfer 

8.2.3 Transfer Limitations 

Transfers are subject to availability on the requested new date 

Course type cannot be changed (e.g., from face-to-face to online) 

Transfers to higher-priced courses require payment of the difference Transfers to lower-priced courses do not result in refunds

8.3 Our Right to Reschedule 

8.3.1 Rescheduling Circumstances 

We may need to reschedule courses due to: - Instructor illness or unavailability - Venue problems or safety issues - Insufficient participant numbers - Technical difficulties with online platforms - Force majeure events 

8.3.2 Rescheduling Notice and Options 

When we reschedule a course: - We will provide as much notice as possible - Alternative dates will be offered where available - You may transfer to a different course type if preferred - Full refund is available if no suitable alternative can be found 

9. Client Responsibilities and Suitability 

9.1 Participant Suitability 

9.1.1 Medical Fitness Requirements 

All participants must be medically fit to undertake the chosen training course. This includes: - Being free from any condition that would prevent safe participation - Having the physical capability to perform practical exercises - Being able to kneel, bend, and perform chest compressions (for First Aid courses) - Having adequate vision and hearing to follow instructions and demonstrations 

9.1.2 Medical Disclosure 

You must inform us in advance of any: - Medical conditions that may affect participation - Physical limitations or disabilities - Medications that may impair performance or concentration - Pregnancy (for courses involving physical activity) - Recent injuries or surgery that may affect participation 

9.1.3 Age Requirements 

Minimum age requirements vary by course and are specified in course descriptions

Age verification may be required before course commencement 

Participants under 18 require parental consent 

Some courses have maximum age recommendations for safety reasons 9.2 Language and Communication Requirements 

9.2.1 English Language Proficiency 

Participants must have: - Basic command of English (minimum Level 2 equivalent) - Ability to understand spoken instructions and safety information - Capability to read and comprehend course materials - Skills to complete written assessments where required 

9.2.2 Communication Support 

We can provide limited support for non-native English speakers 

Interpreters may be arranged at additional cost with advance notice Course materials are available in English only 

Assessment accommodations may be available for learning difficulties 9.3 Behaviour and Conduct Expectations 

9.3.1 Professional Conduct 

All participants are expected to: - Arrive punctually and prepared for learning - Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect - Follow all safety instructions and guidelines - Participate actively and constructively in course activities - Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' personal information 

9.3.2 Prohibited Behaviour 

The following behaviours are not permitted: - Disruptive or aggressive conduct - Discrimination or harassment of any kind - Use of mobile phones during practical sessions (except emergencies) - Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances - Smoking in training venues (including e-cigarettes)

9.3.3 Consequences of Inappropriate Behaviour 

Participants who engage in inappropriate behaviour may be: - Given a verbal warning - Temporarily removed from the session - Permanently excluded from the course - Refused future bookings - Reported to relevant authorities if necessary 

9.4 Preparation and Prerequisites 

9.4.1 Pre-Course Preparation 

Participants are responsible for: - Completing any required pre-course reading or online modules - Bringing necessary identification and documentation - Arriving with appropriate clothing and footwear - Ensuring they are well-rested and alert for learning 

9.4.2 Equipment and Materials 

For face-to-face courses: - We provide all necessary training equipment and materials - Participants should bring writing materials for note-taking - Comfortable, practical clothing is recommended - Closed-toe shoes are required for safety reasons 

For online courses: - Participants must ensure they have appropriate technology and internet access - Technical requirements are specified in course joining instructions - Backup internet access is recommended for important assessments 

9.5 Information Accuracy and Updates 

9.5.1 Accurate Information Provision 

You are responsible for providing: - Accurate personal and contact information - Truthful medical and fitness declarations - Correct details for all course participants - Prompt notification of any changes to provided information 

9.5.2 Information Updates 

You must notify us immediately of: - Changes to contact details - New medical conditions or limitations - Changes in participant details - Any circumstances that may affect course attendance

9.6 Intellectual Property Respect 

9.6.1 Course Material Usage 

Participants must: - Use course materials only for personal learning purposes - Not reproduce, copy, or distribute materials without permission - Respect copyright and intellectual property rights - Not record or photograph course content without explicit permission 

9.6.2 Confidentiality 

Participants must maintain confidentiality regarding: - Proprietary training methods and techniques - Other participants' personal information - Assessment results and performance data - Any commercially sensitive information shared during training 

10. Our Responsibilities and Service Delivery 

10.1 Training Quality Standards 

10.1.1 Qualified Instructors 

We ensure that all training is delivered by: - Appropriately qualified and certified instructors - Professionals with current industry experience - Instructors who undergo regular continuing professional development - Personnel who are enhanced DBS checked where appropriate 

10.1.2 Course Content Standards

10.3 Limitations of Our Responsibilities

We are not responsible for: - Delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control - Technical issues with participants' own equipment or internet connections - Travel disruptions affecting participants' ability to attend courses - Workplace policies that prevent employees from attending booked courses

Any claim against us must be brought within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim, or within 12 months of when you reasonably should have become aware of the circumstances giving rise to the claim. 

14.3 General Liability Provisions 

14.3.1 Mitigation of Loss 

You must take reasonable steps to mitigate any loss or damage you suffer. We are not liable for any loss that could have been avoided by reasonable action on your part. 

14.3.2 Third-Party Actions 

We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by the actions or omissions of third parties, including but not limited to: - Venue providers for courses held at external locations - Technology providers for online platform issues - Transport providers affecting course attendance - Other course participants' actions or behaviour

Force Majeure Events include circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: - Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, severe weather) - Pandemic or epidemic diseases and related government restrictions - Acts of terrorism, war, or civil unrest - Government actions, legislation, or regulatory changes - Strikes, labour disputes, or industrial action - Failure of public utilities or telecommunications networks - Cyber attacks or major technology failures 

15.1.2 Impact on Services 

Force Majeure Events may affect our ability to: - Deliver face-to-face training courses - Provide access to online learning platforms - Issue certificates and documentation - Maintain normal customer service levels - Meet standard delivery timeframes 

15.2 Force Majeure Procedures

In the event of a Force Majeure Event: - We will notify affected customers as soon as reasonably practicable - Notification will include the nature of the event and expected impact - Regular updates will be provided as the situation develops - Alternative arrangements will be communicated when available

You may terminate your booking in accordance with the cancellation provisions set out in Section 7 of these terms. 

17.1.2 Ongoing Services 

For ongoing or subscription-based services: - Termination notice must be given in writing - Services will continue until the end of the current billing period - No refunds are available for unused portions of prepaid services - Data and access rights will be preserved for a reasonable transition period 

17.2 Termination by Us
